Common Ground Chiropractic

Common Ground Chiropractic specializes in a wellness approach to health care. CGCC believes that treating the whole person is of paramount importance. CGCC follows the NSA (Network Spinal Analysis) protocol of helping to teach your body how to heal itself. This results in a healing strategy that you can utilize for the rest of your life. NSA work helps to promote a deep sense of relaxation within the body. From this deep sense of relaxation and in conjunction with other healing strategies such as massage and REIKI, your body, mind and spirit can more readily utilize its inner resources for more effective healing.

Common Ground Floatation Center

Floatation Tanks (also known as Isolation or Sensory Deprivation Tanks) are designed to create a condition which is ideal for the relaxation and rejuvenation of the Mind/Body. Research shows that the effects of a two hour float session is the equivalent of 8 hours of deep sleep, making it one of the most efficient and comprehensive relaxation techniques available.

The experience of floatation is also one of an heightened awareness of mental, emotional and physical processes. You experience an intensified consciousness of the body and mind, you are able to reflect, to ponder, to explore and refine your powers of concentration and creativity.

The Floatation Center facility has two Samadhi floatation tanks, a steam room, sauna, showers, two AVS systems and a Chi Machine.  Massage and Energy work sessions can be booked through the Floatation Center.

Non-Profit Community Center

Common Ground is primarily mission is to benefit and support the community, offering wellness, inner peace and community gathering place. We are proud to offer our community center as a space to show gratitude and support to Portland's residents.

The community center offers free classes, seminars, group discussions, movie nights, meeting space and hosts community potlucks. The community center also offers discounts to residents within 3 blocks of Common Ground for all services.
