Come see our Community Space! Located only 10 minutes from downtown Portland, our facility offers a beautiful setting for any workshop, class or event at an affordable price!

COMMUNITY SPACE
“Half Community” Room Rental Rates:
Includes: chairs/cushions, restroom, hot/cold water & select teas with full access to the community event/staff kitchen. Facilitator receives a free one hour steam/sauna for the day of the their event. Any participants of the event will automatically receive a half off discount on a one hour steam/sauna for the day of the event.
1-3 Hrs - $16/hr
4-7 Hrs - $13/hr
8 Hrs - $10/hr
“Full Community” Room Rental Rates:
Includes: chairs, cushions, restroom, hot/cold water & select teas with full access to the community event/staff kitchen. Facilitator receives a free one hour steam/sauna for the day of the their event. Any participants of the event will automatically receive a half off discount on a one hour steam/sauna for the day of the event.
1-3 Hrs - $25/hr
4-7 Hrs - $22/hr
8 hrs - $18/hr
INDIVIDUAL TREATMENT ROOMS
Practitioner Rooms available for Rent: (part time or full time)
Individual practitioner rooms available only upon approval from Everett House management.
Once you are approved to utilize our facility you will have access to our steam/sauna and online booking system. This service will allow you to book your room of choice from any location via the internet.

Individual Treatment Room Rates:
Includes massage table, radio, showers and restroom (you must supply your own linens, oils, etc.). Facilitator receives a free one hour steam/sauna for the day of the their event. Any client the day of the treatment will automatically receive a half off discount on a one hour steam/sauna. (Must be used that same day).
1 hr: $12/hr
2-4 hrs: $10/hr
5-8 hrs: $8/hr
